Emergency Reload Working Improperly

One of two things is happening with emergency reload, but it's tough to tell which given that I can't view damage numbers. If you load emergency reload, then swap ammo, the yellow indicator for the reload buff does not expire until you reload the weapon, so one of two things is happening.

1. The buff indicator is broken, and the buff stops working as intended
2. The buff is broken, and the buff does not expire if you are not on the same ammo type that you started with

To replicate this bug, do the following :

1. Equip Ammo Type A (Galvanic Shards For Instance)
2. Use Emergency Reload
3. Swap to Ammo Type B (Shockburst Rounds For Instance)
4. Wait for the damage buff to expire
5. The indicator for increased damage will now stay on Ammo Type A until you reload the clip on Ammo Type A

This may ALSO indicate that the buff is a state on the player, rather than the used ammo type, and allow you to fire off multiple ammo types with the emergency reload buff, rather than just the reloaded clip.

Now it seems that this buff do not work at all
