The Skull Shrine Buff actually hurts my eyes

Can you please tone down the skull buff, or the buff that causes enemies you kill to blow up in a bright white and purple explosion that deals chaos damage?

Its so bad that I literally won't use the buff. Maybe its my monitor or settings, but its like a flash bang going off in my eyes, or starring at a welder...
