[POE2] Possible soft lock in Jiquani's Sanctum

Looking for some help because my game might be soft-locked?

I'm in act 3 where you need to put the 2 medium cores in the generators then retrieve the large core.

Basically here is how I locked my game

1) Put in both medium cores

2) Go back to town before getting large core

3) Wanted to test a new skill, accidentally died

4) Every time I go back to the generator zone, only 1 medium core spawns, then after I put it in the generator, the game tells me to get the large one from Alva.

5) She won't give it to me because only 1 core is active. But only 1 spawns so I can't get them both going.
