[POE2] Overflow Issue with "Life Remnants" & "Couture of Crimson"

Bug Report

Character: Bloodmage with Life remnants )
Using: Couture of Crimson (Leech overflow)
Issue: When hitting x2 of maximum of life, All buffs will be deactivated.

My current buffs are Life remnants & Grim feast (with clarity and vitality), and they all got deactivated when my life got to x2 of maximum.

The only quick way to reactive them, is switching weapon and switch back. but it's just annoying.

If I use another amour to replace Couture of Crimson, then this issue is gone. So I wonder if it's because of double "overflow" here.

Anyone know if this is a bug or not?

Same for me, it also deactivates the "cast on" gem passive

I am having this same issue with my life remnants using the Couture of Crimson... :(

Same for me. Switched to another chest piece until this is fixed.

Its also removing rage when full overflow.

Soul Tether Long Belt's passive also stops working during overflow, which means i can't have any energy shield :/

Same for me with deactivating also shrines / minions / cast on crit / sacrife etc. it seems that this bug is turning of all buffs and debuffs
