Issue with IP Ban in Path of Exile 2

Good afternoon. I was playing Path of Exile 2, and I had an issue with my internet connection. After that, I tried to log back in, but I received a message saying that my IP has been banned. How can I resolve this problem?

UPDATE: I can log into another server, but on the São Paulo server, it says I am banned.

UPDATE: If you log into another server, such as Texas, log out, close the game, close Steam, then reopen Steam, launch the game, and log into the São Paulo server, the game logs in normally without showing the IP banned message.
