Aura bugged: activate aura does nothing (skill says on, but uses no spirit)

Aura bugged: activate aura does nothing (skill status says on, but uses no spirit, and does not provide any aura bonus), I tried to log out and log back in and it didn't fix it. Aura was working perfectly before, not sure what happened. I remember checking out the new skills using uncut support gem, then the aura stopped working.

update: I figured out, I was playing using a controller, there is no way to turn on the aura for each weapon set, after logging in on keyboard/mouse control I was about to click on the weapon set I and II to turn it back on.
