My IP got banned for no reason ?

I am writing to request assistance with an IP ban issue on my Path of Exile 2 account. I recently discovered that my IP address has been banned.

I assure you that I have always adhered to the game's terms of service and have not engaged in any activities that would warrant a ban. I kindly request that you review my account and lift the ban so I can continue enjoying the game.
