Bug in Large soul core quest in 2nd act 3

Hey!

I have a bug in Quest where you need to obtain "Large soul core" (after killing the boss). Unfortunately this quest item disappeard from my inventory and cannot put it onto "Stone altar"... actually the animation is working but... the quest doesn't want to move forward.

Could you help me with that?

// Tried to kill this boss 3 times, tried to relog, tried to reset the zone <--- but no luck so far...

I'm at Act 3 Cruel and I also have the same problem, the stone disappeared from inventory and couldn't progress further though the Normal Act 3 map still working just fine. I guess the boss only drops the stone once so save your time and lets hope they patch the bug soon.

Same problem here, I dropped the item from my inventory and it voided instantly.
I was in another zone from the same act.
I did the boss again, didn't Reloot it either.

Animation from putting the stone in the altar works but you are still able to 360° with your character, move and roll while performing it.
It makes your walking and roll animation disappear making it look like some kind of teleportation glitch.

At this point I tried to roll in the invisible wall of the waterways. I did actually pass through while the water was still there. Unfortunately further instance name of the Matlan waterways doesn't show to progress in the act.
