Performance issues with Game engine on ice Spells


Details on problems you're experiencing, and if it's occurring when certain skills are being used, or in certain areas/situations.

- This occurs EVERYWHERE, only when casting spells, especially ice, my FPS drops nearly 20FPS each time i cast down to 50FPS from 140 when idle.

Computer specs: CPU, GPU, RAM.

- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7700X
- GPU: AMD Radeon 7900 XTX
- RAM: 32GB DDR5 6000Mhz

Game Settings: Renderer, Triple Buffering, Multithreading, etc. And if changing any of these helps.

- Multithreading enabled, Renderer is the 7900XTX, Triple buffering on, (tested with off), i have tried all at Low settings and maxed out, Tried lower resolutions as i normally have in 4K and nothing helps, its exactly the same no matter the settings

All drivers are upto-date. Gamebar is disabled in windows ect.

Correction on Renderer, tried both Vulkan + DX12, no difference in issue.

I have tested this with other people in party using different system configurations, 7800XTX / 4070 Super ect and their FPS also gets severely decreased when using my ice spells.

This is rather annoying as going from a stable 120+FPS down to 36FPS in a boss fight is severely off-putting. we can only assume it's due to the particle effects being used in said spells being too much for the game's engine to handle effectively. therefore increasing GPU MS response times and tanking the FPS.
