THIS ISNT MY CHARACTER!? launchday account linking FUBAR

on POE2 launchaday i was having issues connecting my steam account, i emailed support they asked for a username and i chose one, and they got me into the game. but when i log into the website i can only see my character from demo a year ago and none of my coins i purchased for in game content is available.. i have emailed a few more times and have gotten no response. im unsure what to do?

i went in and linked my account amanualy here on the site , i have 2 accounts some how. anyway , problem solved. lol my bad
