Sacrificial Dagger bug

Hi everyone.

After completing the quest with the Sacrificial Heart and Dagger in Aggorat location, when I stabbed the Heart with the Dagger, I didn’t receive the 2 skillpoints as I should have.

After resetting the location, neither the Heart nor the Dagger reappeared. Have I permanently lost the 2 skill points?

I’ve seen a few similar bug reports but decided to submit my own.

Same here, the hearth is on the altar but the dagger is missing ..

Same issue here. No dagger, can't get 2 passive points from act 3 cruel Aggorat.
