Ultimatum encounter keeps crashing

Client just freezes for 2-3 seconds and game closes, nvidia drivers are up to date.
It happens pretty randomly, on bosses but also on other challenges.

Specs: i7-10700, 64,0 GB RAM, RTX 3070, Win 10 64bit

If there are any log files i can share please let me know.

Go to steam, right click poe2, properties, installed files, verify files integrity and wait for it to finish.

Not playing steam version

I've tried the packcheck.exe on standalone, no issues found, it's still crashing

Can not do any Ultimatums, managed to get a screenshot of latest crash (it freezes for 1-2 seconds before the client closes) if that might be a help

Did a few runs and it crashed again, it was again with that dragon spitting fire
