Breach atlas points not working

Hello,
I feel like some of the breach atlas nodes are not working. Tried the waking nightmare which is supposed to double the drop of splinters from breach hands but somehow I was still dropping 1 splinter from breach hands.

Also the Frantic Invasion which is supposed to 75% increased Quant of Breach splinters dropped by Breach Monsters in your maps. Feels like it's not working still dropping same amount of splinters on average per map.

I encountered the same issues. At one point, my Breach Atlas stopped working completely. Nothing helped. I tried refunding points and rearranging them in various combinations, but none of the points worked. GGG, please fix this
