my skills disappeared

Well, I'll try to explain as best I can.
I was trying to put on a septer and it took up intellect so I returned some strength points to intellect to put on a curse but when I was changing my attribute points my primary skills disappeared, my ancestral warrior totem, seismic cry
and leap slam from my skill bar I tried to remove them and put them on and I didn't use them with another character "gem skills" and they work but when I go back to use them with my other character they don't come out I didn't have a problem knowing because they are lvl 5 link and it took me a lot having them enough to lose them, does anyone know what I have to do to make things right with my main character?
