Character stuck in campaign mode after cruel act 3

My 2nd character is not able to enter maps after campaign.

The quest log seems to change depending on there i go, So in Ziggarut refuge i have the quest "Legacy of the Vaal" but Doryani dont trigger the quest.

When this character goes to hideout, all quests goes away

when i open the map, i get 1 active quest from Act one normal

Trying to finnish that one, but npc dont have the option to "travel east"

Also when i open map in refuge, Legacy of the Vaal is tagged complete

Not shure what i can do to help fix this issue, so i can try it out in waystones

Solution found.
I had to open my first map in the town, not in the hideout!

After i did that, i can now do it from hideout.
