Feedback as a D4 and POE player

I hope the development team is open to feedback because, at this rate, the game risks falling into the same struggles Diablo 4 faced before its DLC revitalization. While some of us continue to play because it's the only ARPG option, the enjoyment is lacking for many. Here are a few suggestions that could improve the game for everyone. I’m sharing this in good faith as someone who genuinely wants to see the game succeed:

Chat Spam Sensitivity: The system feels overly restrictive. Reducing the sensitivity would make communication smoother and less frustrating for players.

Difficulty Modes: Introducing tiered difficulty levels, like Expert, Hard, or Torment in Diablo 4, would add depth and replayability. The current "one dream, one team" approach limits player engagement, especially for those looking for more skill-based challenges. I’ve personally gifted the game to friends who quickly lost interest due to the lack of this feature.

Loot Drops: The loot system needs improvement. Diablo 4 outshines this game when it comes to rewarding players with satisfying drops. Better balance and variety in loot would enhance the gameplay experience.

Tier System: The current tier structure feels outdated and could use a complete overhaul to make progression feel more rewarding.

Boss Difficulty: New players should have the option to defeat bosses solo without feeling forced into group play. Not everyone enjoys multiplayer, and catering to solo players would broaden the game's appeal.

Leveling Grind: Level progression feels too slow and tedious. Diablo 4 does a better job of balancing grind with meaningful progress.

Gem System: The gem crafting and upgrading process is confusing for players unfamiliar with POE1. Expecting new players to reference the first game for clarity isn’t realistic. A more streamlined and accessible system would go a long way.

My intention here is to highlight areas where the developers can make impactful improvements. Let's hope they’re listening.

You shouldn't compare PoE with a mobile game.

OP mentioned Diablo 4 and POE, not Diablo Immortal which is probably the mobile game you're thinking of.

I'm talking about D4. It's in the mobile game class.
