Give us "Break Armor" debuff timer

Currently when i break armor the debuff lasts 12 sec, but i use a tree node to increase it to 24 sec...

It would be nice if we had a "Break Armor" debuff timer so i can time my DPS burst.

Another option is to be able to reapply "Break Armor" debuff on monsters even if they still have the debuff on, essentially reset the debuff timer.
