skins

hello everybody i have a question for everyone. I bought some packs which i got the skins currency etc and then i went to the site's skin shop to get some nice skins i found but i can't use them with reason 'the microtransaction is not supported in this game version'. What's that even mean, i have to wait until the release or what..

You bought poe1 cosmetics. They will eventually get ported over to poe2 between now and release and hopefully with a visual update.

Support can probably refund your points and items if you dont want to wait but gl getting to them now with a million tickets they have to sift through.
