Lightning Warp Improvements

I have been playing Lightning Warp with Ball Lightning as my only build of the game since day 2. I have some suggestions for the skill itself and often used supports:

1. Make it like hexblast in poe1 where you need a target or you can't use it. I understand that making it a skill game and punishing players for targeting wrong by removing the mana cost and not doing anything when casting the spell is used for this spell, but it does lead to clunkiness with the game mechanics, and sometimes doesn't jump to Ball Lightnings even though it should. As a tradeof you could increase the mana cost of the skill, or perhaps only when used on a Ball Lightning? (but not too much, don't kill my build).

2. The visual that shows when a monster is eligible for a culling strike is too unnoticeable. If you shock an enemy or inflict effects like Blind from the blind support gem on a ball lightning hit, it is very hard to see whether a monster can be culled, or is just shocked and/or blinded.

3. Give us Lightning Warp MTX :)

I have been listening to the sound effects mostly when tryin to play this. I have also found that it was almost better to use another skill to start getting things low before clearing packs with the AoE quickly, rather that trying to constantly cast Ball lightning. I am still leveling though, and trying out new stuff for the build. Hopefully through gear upgrades and progression I can find a happy place. Currently thinking of Arc, Orb of Storms, and Lightning Warp utilizing the chaining to prep packs and give me single target for bosses.

Yeah the use of lightning warp on a ball lightning has an issue. At least while on PC, the mouse cursor is on the ball lightning but you're character gets stuck sometimes facing a mob and they won't warp. This needs to be changed somehow.
