[POE 2] Moving, using attacks or even changing skills causes lag spikes

What the title says, if I move my character with WASD causes lag spikes, if I select another skill, it causes lag spikes, if I use an skill, it causes lag spikes, everything I do in the game causes lag spikes... Even moving the mouse causes lag spikes!!! I'm from Buenos Aires, Argentina, playing on Sao Paulo (BR) server!

Hi bro, im also from Bs As, Argentina, playing in Sao Paulo server and I'm having the same issue. Have you found any way to stabilize the lag spikes?
