Bug Report ID: #2191377620 Putting Maps into the Reforge Bench makes them disappear

I'm not sure what the exact steps to replicate are, but I'll describe what happened:

1) I finished and teleported out of a map (T15 Oasis with Breach and Irradiated) into my hideout
2) Put a couple of looted items in the stash.
3) Walked up to the Reforging Bench and tried to insert three T15 maps into it via Ctrl + Click
4) The maps disappeared from the inventory and did not appear in the Reforging bench.
5) I tried to add another lower tier map via Ctrl + Click again, this one also disappeared.

The maps were not found anywhere anymore (stash or reforge bench) and the fact that I was able to add at least four items this way indicates that they are not just hidden from the UI but actually disappeared entirely.
