Rampart Raptor Tense Crossbow CooP Bug

My bro is using that c.bow and his char is glitching when this c.bow's passive fast attack effect happens. I dont even see what his char doing, just teleporting around. Please fix this makes coop unplayable when he uses that crossbow.
