Endless Blizzard not giving +1 to Skills

I put a point into endless blizzard and none of my skills changed.

It raises my gems level but does not change the stats for me.

" Just put points into this for the first time and nothing changed. It says my skills went up but none of my stats actually did. Guess it's bugged still. Real shame was expecting a big increase...sigh. |

Exactly the same is happening to me too.
Level is going up but nothing else. I ve opened another thread on this, we can only hope... |

This still seems to be a thing. Raises the skill level, but doesn't increase damage for some reason
