Maligaro's Virtuosity fixes the Crit Damage at 200%, not 300%

Title pretty much sums it up. Below is an image of my Explosive Shot stat block with 200% crit while Maligaro's Virtuosity is equipped.

Yea, I have the same bug. I'm not sure what the error is exactly, could be the item is misprinted, could be the tooltip itself, or simply the item is just not working properly.
