Input Delay -POE2

Hi,

Anyone have any idea on a possible fix for this issue? I typically sit around 26MS but still have terrible input delay that occasionally fixes itself for brief snippets. Close to 3/4 second and the rest work just fine. Ive tried unplugging and plugging in my keyboard, resetting the instances, rolling back grapphics drivers, lowering settings. Nothing seems to work, and i know for sure my specs are fine.

I7-127000k
3070 TI
32Gbs of ram

Any advice would be awesome.
