War Banner is Not Very Functional For All Attack Builds. Needs Delay Feature

The War Banner is kind of hard to use as a bow build (monk too) even though there is nothing in the gem to suggest that you shouldn't other than the fact that some ranged attack builds have movement abilities that force you back during their animations at close range (e.g. toxic growth) and you lose the aura instantly.

I think war banner should be available to mobile melee builds and ranged attack builds. My suggestion would be to let the banner have a set duration and can be cancelled by hitting the key again. It doesn't have to have a linger effect, but it would be nice if it didn't disappear all on its own.

Alternatively, at least refund some of the valor.
