Download speeds

Hi all,

Long time PoE player returning after a few years to check out Settlers and eventually PoE2.

When I try to install PoE, it downloads at 2MB/s, max. That's going to take nearly eight hours.

When I try to install PoE2, it downloads at about 34MB/s, seventeen times faster. PoE would take half an hour to install at this speed.

Is this intentional? Or is there some way to speed up the installation of PoE?
