[POE2] Leap Slam Bug

I am currently playing as warrior and leap slam is one of my most used skill throughout the whole campaign so far. However, approximately 24hrs ago, the skill stopped functioning properly. I can still use it normally as a travel skill but it starts doing 0 damage and cant even generate stun meter. I have tried restarting the game several times and try other methods and still cant fix the issue.
