Cannot salvage quality flasks

I have a blue 19% quality flask and cannot salvage it.

Seems that you are not alone, but there's one question – is this intentionally done, or an oversight?

Could possibly be a 'we don't yet have the crafting station for it' kinda like how we had to unlock the reforging station?

Yeah I would also like an official clarification about Flask Quality and salvaging. Is this something that is supposed to work and is bugged or incomplete or are we not getting materials out of flasks ever ?
