POE 2 Skill point bug

I get a bug with a skill point that I can't allocate for all weapons. I should have four skill points, but I can only allocate the fourth point to the first or second branch of a weapon. This happened after deallocation points from the first weapon.

same bug after i refund weapon skill point total 16 point so damn sad
should i start the new one? or wait ggg fix the bug
