Distilled Paranoia deleted my waystone

What I did:

-Rightclicked the distilled paranoia to open up the instilling window
-Ctrl+Click the Waystone (was tier 9 Rare)
-The waystone dissapeared but it did play the sound effect of the item "transfering"

Checked my tabs, nothing
Relogged and checked the window again, nothing

Tried to recreate the bug with a different waystone but didnt work
Maybe specific implicits etc bug it? Cant remember which ones it had

Turns out the waystone teleports to the UI of the next map that I previously wanted to open before instilling. Odd.
