Game unrecoverable after system shutdown

Power shut off from my PC while running the game. Game doesn't start anymore. Log file shows "Irrecoverable Exception" on startup. Tried uninstalling the game. doesn't work either. Need help to get the game running again or removing it for a fresh installation
