POE2 - Bug in "Radiant Grief Lace Hood"

1. When you equip the 'Radiant Grief Lace Hood,' shut down by enemies and then rescued by teammates, the 'Radiant Grief Lace Hood' will no longer ignite enemies.

2. When Witchhunter equips the 'Radiant Grief Lace Hood, Witchhunter Ascendancy: Judge, Jury, and Executioner (Decimating Strike) will not function.

I also noticed this issue.
The first one can be fixed by just re-equipping the helmet.

The ascendancy issue is also persistent. This is probably because the helmet sips some of the hp before you get a shot off, but I think the helmet effect should also count as a hit.
