Frostbolt does not interact with frost wall if it has spell echo

Frostbolt: Scattershot, Acceleration, Inspiration
Frostwall: Spell Echo, Ingenuity, Icicle

Frostbolt will interact and blow up the primary wall, but not interact with the echo'd wall. In fact, I think mobs are walking through the second wall as well. not sure if a visual bug or an issue.

Edit: Spell cascade seems to be more reliable, however, there are times that frostbolt does not interact at all with the icicles (shoot a few times to get the ones that interact to go away). maybe its a weird angel bug? Seems most reproducible when casting upwards and shooting the icicles.
