Poe2 - Infernalist demon form ending even on spell usage

Basically the title.

The ability specifically says it breaks on NON spell usage, however at random times the game will force the transformation to end even on spell usage. For a while after getting it, it worked just fine. Every spell I used worked fine, however at random points the game would decide that all my spells would break the form.

Funnily enough while I was writing this up, I tabbed back into the game to check, and now the spells DO work! I hope this bug gets fixed fast, because it completely gimps and entire ascendancy.

I have same problem...
