Demon Form does not summon with Hell Hound

As title says Demon Form does not summon Hell Hound, other skills like Blasphemy works, but hell hound does not work. It seems like it is a separate bug from PC since PC version they can summon the Hound

It’s a Mouse & Keyboard problem, someone on PC in a different post said they had the same issue on PC while using a controller, Infernal Hound despawned and they were unable to summon it back till they switched to M&K and was able to summon it while in demon form.
