Premium Points disappeared from my account

I logged in today to buy stash tabs for my account at a reduced price, but my points are gone from my account in-game. However, they are still displayed on this website account. I'm not sure what happened. I bought PoE2 on my PC originally and on my PS5 yesterday, and now all of my points are gone.

This may be a bug with the controller on the PC. I just signed in with the mouse and keyboard, and now my points are displaying again. However, I did not receive the 300 points from when I purchased the PS5 version as of yet.
