Bought the paladin support pack

Hi I bought the paladin support pack back in August for the ps4 version while playing the ps5 version and realized after researching that I wouldn't be able to use it unless I re-installed the ps4 version. Do to living in a rural area and a slow 1 Mbps download speed i didnt do this. Since poe2 just came out I reinstalled poe1 ps4 version and logged in but never received the paladin support pack
