NERF Dreadnought Vanguard in Act 2!

Nerf Dreadnought Vanguard and the last boss in Act 2, it is Waaaaaay to hard.. Level 36 and gets slaughtered by the mobs and the boss, been stuck for 3 DAYS!... Tried to farm gear and such but to no end.
