Crash Issue while viewing on 2nd monitor

I've been having an issue since the EA launch in which if I play POE2 with anything playing on my 2nd monitor (Twitch, Youtube, etc), the game will %100 crash. This crash tends to look like colored bubbles popping in and out and ultimately leads to a frozen screen and crash to desktop. I have tried numerous setting changes with suggestions from similar issues within the forum but nothing has worked thus far. The only thing that is keeping the game stable is just keeping my 2nd monitor free of anything (Telegram seems to be fine to run though).

Never had any issue with any previous game like this until now, wondering if other people have had similar issues or know of work arounds
