[PoE 2] Moment of Zen map failed

Hi,

I've just 'finished' moment of zen map, where all I can do is take one unique item from the nameless seer guy. I took an item and opened a new map.
For some reason, the game treated this as fail, and it has blocked my progression from this node.

Am I missing something that stopped me from 'completing' this map?

same i am stuck as well in a situation like that.
