Zalmarath Death, couldn't loot Flame Ruby "Quest Stuck"

After defeating Zalmarath, I also died. When I re-entered his platform, the Flame Ruby was no longer there. Since then, I’ve defeated him 13 more times, but the Flame Ruby hasn’t dropped again.
