Cruel Act III +40 Spirit Reward VISUAL Bug

So, I just killed the Hag on Cruel Act III and got the reward of +40 Spirit. Since I have a body armour with 40 Spirit, in total I have 140, as seen on the screenshot.

I currently have activated:

Cast On Freeze with Comet - 60 Spirit;
Life Remnant - Cannibalize (15); Vitality (20); Clarity (10) - 45

Making me have the 35 spirit left over. But as you can see, the icon that states I do not have enough spirit appears. I thought it wasn't active but after going to a map to test it out, I found out that it was active, and it was just a visual bug.

Basically, any time I go past my initial 100, pre free 40 from quest, if Life Remnant has any spirit gem linked on it, it'll act as if it is disactivated.

Oh, if Life Remnant doesn't have any support spirit gems linked, it won't showcase the visual bug even past the initial 100.
