Iron Enforcer in Ogham Manor

Not sure about the interaction but when "Iron Enforcer" does its piercing attack and you get hit then you get stunned for 1-2 sec but there are no icons which show what really happened.
My stun bar is not red nor do i have any debuff icon. Tested it twice and same issue each time.

I am playing monk if that helps

I have pretty similar behavior. But I have a Charm of Medic (Used when you become Stunned) ((CANNOT BE STUNNED)). I also think its not okay honestly.
