Alva NPC is doen't work properly

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with my character in Path of Exile 2 after the recent update. My character is a Level 42 Sorceress named Bahiya, currently in the Ziggurat Encampment within the Standard League (as shown in the attached screenshot). The problem is that I cannot see the NPC Alva, and because of this, I am unable to complete my quest and progress further in the game.

Specifically, I have completed the “PoE 2 Act 3: Jiquani’s Sanctum Turn Mechanism” quest multiple times, but Alva disappears after the boss encounter. She does not reappear in the town afterward, leaving my character stuck and unable to move forward in the story.

This has been a recurring issue for the last two days, and it has severely impacted my gameplay experience. Could you please investigate and resolve this issue so that I can continue enjoying the game without interruptions?
