Your authentication for instance transfer was invalid

Hello, I got "your authentication for instance transfer was invalid" like every 2nd or EVERY map that I tried to enter past 2 hours, and because I cant join instance this map is "bricked". Plz, GGG, help me.
(I got this error in PoE2, but I got this even in PoE1)

Edit: I cannot join ANY instances, where you can attack mobs (towns, hideouts and lobby zone for lab trials are okay).
Have Ryzen 7 3800X, GeForce RTX 3060 NVIDIA and 16Gb RAM, playing good on high quality, changing settings didn't help
