Second ascendency point not awarded after beating trials several times.

I have beaten the second ascendency trials several times, once during my run through the story mode, then a few times after with inscribed ultimatums that specifically said that it would grant me ascendency skill points. after the trial the first time, the statue showed me a picture of the path of chayula (I am an invoker) that I could not interact with, and the other attempts I could not interact with the ascension statue at all. Is there something else that I need to do? It does not feel good being level 60+ and still only have one ascendency upgrade.

same issue, kind of makes it difficult to progress when I am not getting my ascendancy points

Also experiencing this. Neither Sekhema or Trial of Chaos results in new ascendancy points. The statue is interactable and I've beaten the trial but no points are awarded and the ascendancy tree is not interactable.

I'll note that in my case it's the third ascendancy I'm trying to get.

For the 3. and 4. ascendancy you need to run trials with high enough area levels (60+ or 75+): Ascendancy class

And the Djinn Barya / Inscribed Ultimatum should show in the description if you get ascendancy points after running all the floors / trials.
