Bizarre random hard reboot of PC to overclock screen from PoE2

Hello,

I was just playing casually, teleporting to town when oddly enough, as soon as I click the portal my PC does a hard force reboot into the BIOS screen's overclocking setup mode. Out of 5 years of using this PC, I've never once seen this happen any other time. I was playing a game, I clearly didn't manually initiate that to happen myself since I'm in the middle of playing a game. I captured the associated crash logs from event viewer and will paste below if you're interested. I can provide additional logs or in better format if necessary. I was 1st inclined to believe it was just a random reboot on my side, not related to the game, but the more I think about it and review it, the more it appears it was an issue caused by the game.
