Minions need ally phasing
I love the changes to minions, now it really feels like I have an army instead of having to constantly refresh it. However, they need phasing or whatever you will call it in PoE 2. They are body blocking each other at every door and narrow path, causing me to spend more time with them reviving than anything. I haven't played in parties yet but I hope they are not also body blocking other players.
Let them phase on all allies and each other, that should stop them from getting stuck at every single door and bridge/narrow path. With the QoL changes to minions for having a nice sized always up army this seems like a big oversight. Last bumped on Dec 19, 2024, 8:02:18 AM

Bumping too.
Dungeons are a little fiddly as a minion master. |

GGG needs to add ally phasing for minions.
Minion builds are simply not viable in a large chunk of maps due to them being tripped up either by narrow walk ways or doors of all things. POE 1 didn't have this issue. If the fear is that minion builds will be to strong (or at the very least.... be able to keep up with other builds and their clear speeds), then I'd like them to see what these guys are doing with cast on minion death or what they are doing in demon form with hexblast. Both get extreme amounts of AOE damage, tankiness, and not to mention not the worse for boss damage. That isn't to mention the builds that are killing pinnacle bosses in a couple of seconds. The clear speeds are completely night and day difference, that's why you'll never see a minion build in any meaningful top ladder placement. |

Bump
Minion builds are simply not viable for any sort of end game anything. They need to add ally phasing to them. |

+1 need fix to this and why do minions disappear when they are too far from us? you have to wait several seconds each time they stop to do something when you want to move forward a little, in poe1 they followed us if we moved too far away it was much better
