Relics Acte 2 Cruel cannot be dropped

Good morning,

I have a problem with dropping relics. I managed to get the first 2 relics in Act 2 zone (lvl 20) but impossible to drop the next two in the same farming zones (Bone Pits & Keth, lvl50+) in Act 2 Cruel.

I tested map resets for 2 hours on the zones, doing the same thing as dropping the first relics but I think I have a bug because they don't fall to the ground.

Could I get some help as this is a pretty annoying bug?
